With a background in leading digital divisions at top recruitment marketing agencies, writing for national newspapers and trade publications, and collaborating with global FTSE and Fortune 100 companies as an independent consultant, I’ve gained valuable insights and experience in every aspect of talent acquisition, recruitment marketing and employer branding.

I shared my knowledge in keynote speeches at events in 17 countries and via my popular podcast, Recruiting Future—the world’s top talent acquisition podcast. I’ve also co-authored two internationally published books Exceptional Talent (Kogan Page 2017) and Digital Talent (Kogan Page 2022). I’m honoured to have been recognized as a top influencer by several organizations, including SAGE and Human Resource Executive.
